We show you your product before we ship it

Before your order is dispatched, we send you a short video on WhatsApp of the exact product being packed for you. For battery-operated toys, we switch it on and show it working in the video too — so you can see exactly what you're getting before it leaves our hands. We'll confirm with you on WhatsApp that you'd still like to receive the order before we ship it.
